Refund & Returns Policy

At Kelly Hubs, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that shopping online can sometimes be tricky, which is why we offer a fair and simple Refund & Returns Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
We do not accept returns or refunds if:
- The item was purchased on final sale or marked as non-returnable.
- The item shows signs of use, damage, or wear.
- The return request is made after 7 days from delivery.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
To begin the process:
- Email us at support@kellyhubs.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to a fault on our end (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid any issues with lost returns.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will receive a full or partial refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If the item is not eligible after inspection, we will notify you with the reason and may return the item back to you.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly – either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, as we process and ship items quickly. Once an item is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
